SERVICE COORDINATION

Help you learn and understand the Early Intervention process and your rights within BabyNet and DDSN systems.

Complete a Routine Based Interview to learn your families routines, resources, concerns and priorities.

Complete a Curriculum Based Assessment using the Carolina Assessment tool.

Complete and update an IFSP/FSP.
-
Complete Developmental Screenings, i.e. Autism screening.

Monitor and assist with obtaining additional services, i.e. speech, occupational, and physical therapy within the home.

Assist you to advocate for your child.

Access community resources and programs for you and your child, i.e. Child Scholarship for daycare and waivers.

Empower and assist you with the transition process at age three in the most appropriate setting for your child to continue to develop and grow.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTOR
& FAMILY TRAINER

Use a Coaching Interactive approach to work with you and your child to meet outcomes you have assisted develop on your child’s IFSP/FSP.

Family Training Sessions are completed at a time and place convenient for you and your child, that may take place in a community setting.

Will provide strategies and activities to carry over during the week to reinforce newly learned skills.
We are a BabyNet provider. We provide families with the services and information they need to be the best possible teachers and caregivers for their children.
BabyNet services are provided at no cost to the family. The amount or type of services provided will vary based on the individual needs of the child and the family’s priorities and concerns.
Services include in home activities that will help parents and caregivers learn ways they can help their child to succeed to the best of their ability.
